Analysis of the Origin and Disadvantages of the Excessive Use in Treatment of Epidemic Disease with Heat-clearing and Detoxifying Method / 浙江中医药大学学报

Objective] To analyze the origin and disadvantages of the excessive use in treatment of epidemic disease with heat-clearing and detoxifying method. [Methods] We analyse the original reason of excessive use of heat-clearing and detoxifying method in treatment of epidemic disease in the thought of classics academic,combining with core journals from pre-Qin to after the founding of China. [Results] In pre-Qin ,heat-clearing and detoxifying method showed signs; The heat-clearing and detoxifying method created some formulas in Jin Tang; Heat-clearing and detoxifying method in treating the epidemic disease increased obviously in Song;In the Ming dynasty ,heat-clearing and detoxifying became an important method of eliminating;In the Qing dynasty to the Republic of China,advocate use of heat-clearing and detoxifying method;After the founding of China,there has appeared the trend of excessive use of heat-clearing and detoxifying method. [conclusion] At present ,treatment abuse in epidemic disease with heat-clearing and detoxifying method has its historical reasons,but this deviates with thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation , and deserves further research.

Experience of Chen Yi’s Yi Zhi Zhu Kao Gao Fang / 浙江中医药大学学报

Objective] To summarize clinical experience of Chen Yi’s Yi Zhi Zhu Kao Gao Fang. [Methods] By means of analyzing the principle of prescription,syndrome differentiation and characteristics,combined with typical cases, experiences of Chen Yi’s Yi Zhi Zhu Kao Gao Fang were summarized. [Results] Chen Yi emphasizes the key of Yi Zhi Zhu Kao Gao Fang on balancing the five internal organs, analyzing the heart, liver, spleen and kidney’s function. He uses the way of regulating liver-qi for easy mood, nourishing heart and appeasing spirit to sequence sleeping, strengthening spleen and stomach to regulate middle energizer, replenishing qi to consolidate the superficial resistance, tonifying kidney to consolidate the constitution, respectively. Taking it in low dosage in long time can get the purpose of Yi Zhi Zhu Kao. [Conclusion] Chen Yi ’s Yi Zhi Zhu Kao Gao Fang has clear theory, rigorous formula, curative effect and worth passing on promotion.

Frequency shift of a crystal quartz resonator in thickness-shear modes induced by an array of hemispherical material units.

A two-dimensional model was established to study the dynamic characteristics of a quartz crystal resonator with the upper surface covered by an array of hemispherical material units. A frequency-dependent equivalent mass ratio was proposed to simulate the effect of the covered units on frequency shift of the resonator system. It was found that the equivalent mass ratio alternately becomes positive or negative with change of shear modulus and radius of each material unit, which indicates that the equivalent mass ratio is strongly related to the vibration mode of the covered loadings. The further numerical results show the cyclical feature in the relationship of frequency shift and shear modulus/radius as expected. The solutions are useful in the analysis of frequency stability of quartz resonators and acoustic wave sensors.

Transmission of new CRF07_BC strains with 7 amino acid deletion in Gag p6.

A 7 amino acid deletion in Gag p6 (P6delta7) emerged in Chinese prevalent HIV-1 strain CRF07_BC from different epidemic regions. It is important to determine whether this mutation could be transmitted and spread. In this study, HIV-1 Gag sequences from 5 different epidemic regions in China were collected to trace the transmission linkage and to analyze genetic evolution of P6delta7 strains. The sequence analysis demonstrated that P6delta7 is a CRF07_BC specific deletion, different P6delta7 strains could be originated from different parental CRF07_BC recombinants in different epidemic regions, and the transmission of P6delta7 strain has occurred in IDU populations. This is for the first time to identify the transmission linkage for P6delta7 strains and serves as a wake-up call for further monitoring in the future; In addition, P6delta7 deletion may represent an evolutionary feature which might exert influence on the fitness of CRF07_BC strain.

The detection of anticoagulant function in Kazakh women before and after delivery and clinical significance / 中国医师杂志

Objective To investigate the anticoagulant factors that Kazakh women are prone to develop deep vein thrombosis before or after delivery.MethodsThe protein C,protein S,antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) activity,activated protein C resistance ratio (APCR) of 36 Kazakh women cases and 39 Hans women cases before and after delivery were determined.ResultsThe protein S (43.13±11.36,58.05±17.10) was significant changed (P＜0.01)in Kazakh women before and after delivery.The protein C (97.34±18.37,118.02±23.46) and protein S (58.05±17.10,67.97±19.22) were statistically different between Kazakh women and Han women after delivery(P＜0.05,which protein C was P＜0.01).The anticoagulant indexes of Kazak women after delivery was still within normal range.ConclusionsNormal women have prothrombotic state before and after delivery,especially the Kazakh women.It may be an important factor of deep vein thrombosis-prone before and after delivery that protein C and protein S in Kazakh women have lower activity than that in Han women.The detection of anti-coagulation have some clinical significance on the prevention of the deep vein thrombosis in Kazakh women before and after delivery.
